Assistant kiteboarding instructor and school helper

What Elevation Kiteboarding school is looking for is an assistant for the instructors at the school. Someone kind and patient with lots of energy that is happy to work 5 days a week from 10:30am to 5:00pm helping at the school desk, answering questions, doing gear inspection and inventory, helping out the students and assisting our instructors teaching them. The list is long but it is a fun job and on the beach all day. Plus you get to take a break when the wind is good and go kiting. The job position is for the winter season in La Ventana, Baja, Mexico and the work starts in November and ends in March. We are looking for someone with some kiting experience, intermediate kiter but teaching experience is not a must, we are happy to train the right person. This would be a great opportunity for someone that wants to be around lots of people all day, helping, someone that wants to learn lots of skills on how to become a good teacher and get to know lots about kiteboarding equipment, weather, water and jet skis. Learning about instructions, communication, feedback and skills that you will get to continue to practice and develop to become a great kiteboarding teacher.
