LA VENTANA CLASSIC & kite expo

For the 4th year in a row we are hosting here at Baja Joe’s the La Ventana Classics. La Ventana classics is a 4 day event that includes a crossing race from Cerralvo Island. It is the 4th year for the crossing, organised buy Tim at palapas ventana. All the riders are taken to the island in the morning buy a few pongas and then race back. It is a 11.5 downwind race from the island to Baja Joe’s in La Ventana. So far i have won all 4 years so i am feeling a little pressure this year . It is open to 150 racers.

Then on the second day will be course racing around buoy.
And then a old school competition and sunday is reserved for demos.
There is 18 different companies that are coming with all new 2009 gear to demo for everybody. Come and check out the latest gear.

There is going to be a bunch of partys, there is a band coming on Friday night, on the beach in front of Baja Joe’s.
It is going to be a fun week.
